Easter 2010

I know I'm a bit late with this post, but I only took the photo's of Riley with his Easter Hat this last week whilst we've both been at home ill.  Riley was on the mend when I took these as you can probably tell :o)

Riley had to make an Easter 'Bonnet' for a competition at Nursery:

He won Second Prize!

Now on to my stitching.  Riley has been at his Dad's this weekend and although I've not spent the whole weekend stitching, I have done a fair bit on Magnolia and am feeling a lot better about getting her finished on time for my Mums birthday now.

Here is a close up of the beautiful sparkly thread in the lower part of her skirt.  I love the colours in this thread - peacock blue, pink, gold and black and it looks so pretty in real life.

Riley is due back any time now so I'm going to head off and get some little jobs done whilst I still can.  Hope you all have a lovely weekend.
