Baking with Riley

This is how you do it mum:

First you mix the butter and the caster sugar together.  It's called 'creaming' mum.


 Then you add the eggs a bit at a time and mix it really well.


Then you add the flour and cocoa powder and mix and mix and mix!


It's really hard work you know.


Put them in the oven on 200c (ok mum, I'll let you do that bit because I'm too small and the oven is too hot).





The best bit - licking out the bowl!




Just cooling down now




YUM!
