A Walk in the Park
We woke up to a beautiful spring day and decided to go out for a walk down by the river in our local park. I've taken Riley to this park many times, but we've always stayed on the top section, in the fields or on the playground. Today I decided to go further into the park and take him on a lovely woodland walk that I used to go on every week when I was a teenager and we had a dog at home, some 20 odd years ago!
Riley loved throwing stones into the river and making big splashes!
Hasn't he grown up :o)
Beautiful scenery. Fancy leaving it 20 years to come back here when it's only down the road.
Riley running off to see the strange tree we found. It looked like it had been hit by lightening and made a great 'playground'.
Riley thought we were at the seaside with all this sand.
And one final picture, just to prove spring really is on the way. Snowdrops!
Now for a hearty tea, bath and relax. Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

What beautiful pictures. Riley is so handsome, and growing up so fast. Love these days when you can go for a nice brisk walk. Its a beautiful day here in the mountains of New York State too. Still lots of snow around but the sun is shining and it feels great.

Looks like he was enjoying his day!
I think that's the first time I've ever seen snowdrops. I'd heard of them but never seen a picture before. Thanks for sharing.
Its such a long time since I visited blogland so I have been flicking through and catching up. I love Celtic Autumn and you have done so much on Spring Ride since my last visit. I like the tribal butterfly too.
Riley is growing up now, what lovely pictures.
Beautiful pictures. Riley sure looks like he is having fun.
